Social Permanent Bookings
Terms and Conditions
I. Membership Requirement
- Only Sportsmax Annual Members with a valid annual membership (Junior, Family or Adult Annual membership) can secure a Social Permanent Booking.
- Social Permanent Groups must remain open for other members to join in, should they meet the appropriate criteria of the group (based on age, skill level, location, time etc) and once arranged with the Primary Contact for the group.
- The Primary Contact for the group is responsible for the payment of monthly or annual payments prior to the commencement of the respective month or year.
II. Cost
- Social Permanent Booking Fee is $20.00 per 2 hours per court from the 1st July 2023.
- If a Social Permanent Group has more than 1 Sportsmax Annual Member, then each member within that group is entitled to 2 hours per day, on the same court in a continuous block, under the same $20.00 per 2-hour Social Permanent Booking Fee. Example: Group A has 2 annual members and books 1 Court on Sunday for 4 hours, the cost of that court is $20.00 for the full 4 hours.
- Additional courts on the same day will render a separate Social Permanent Booking Fee of $20.00 per 2 hours per court.
- Social Permanent Bookings MUST be arranged with Sportsmax directly and MUST be paid for at least 1 month in advance.
- If a Social Permanent Booking is secured and paid for upfront for a full 12 months, then the Social Permanent Group is entitled to a relevant 50% discount on their FULL annual fee.
- If a Social Permanent Group accepts the 50% annual discount, they agree that they will not be entitled to any credits for rain-outs or non-play dates due to the extent of the annual discount (which equates to the value of only 6 months of bookings).
III. Notification
If you are not excluded from claiming credits (see II.6), you MUST notify Sportsmax Tennis if your Social Permanent Group will not be attending your booking in advance to claim a credit OR advise by SMS to 0434 236 038 or email to admin@sportsmax.com.au, that you are not able to play due to the weather or injury.
IV. Termination
To terminate your booking, you must provide no less than 1 week notice of termination in writing via email to admin@sportsmax.com.au. If not, you will be subject to pay for the subsequent month.
V. Liability
- Sportsmax Tennis requires that all Members and Guests take appropriate care for their personal self and their belongings and exercise reasonable caution in accordance with public health regulations and the NSW laws to avoid any injury, loss or damage.
- Sportsmax Tennis is not liable for personal injury or theft within our Sportsmax Tennis facilities.
