    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Please read and accept the declarations below:

    • Membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

    • Courts must be booked with Sportsmax staff between business hours (Mon–Fri 11am–7pm & Sat 11am-4pm) or 24/7 online booking at https://clubspark.au/sportsmax/Booking/

    • Courts are open from 7am-11pm, 7 days a week.

    • Members may book 5 days in advance (from the day of booking + 4 days). Court availabilities are released at 9:30pm daily.

    • Please note that 30-minute gaps between bookings are not permitted and may result in either:

      • 1. A charge of 50% of the casual court hire rate, or

      • 2. Cancellation of the affected booking(s)

    • Courts must be booked by the members ONLY (The person on the account) at least 1 hour before playing.

    • Unattended/Cancelled Bookings must be notified to the office prior starting time of reservation at least 30 minutes.

    • A fee of 50% of the casual court hire rate may be charged for unattended bookings.

    • Late attendance of your booking must be notified to the Office, otherwise bookings are automatically cancelled after 15 mins.

    • Discounts apply to full fee programs only.

    • Court hire is limited to 2 hours per court and 1 court per member per day.

    • Membership Card & Booking Numbers must be kept on the Court at all times.

    • Bookings are subjected to availability.

    • Permanent bookings are NOT permitted using this membership.

    • Constantly booking for the same location, same time, same day of the week is NOT allowed as a member.

    • This membership is ONLY available for SOCIAL TENNIS. Coaching & Training are NOT permitted.
